Many of us may commonly suffer from stress at works since we’re demanded to be able to work quickly, to meet the deadline schedules or doing many other hard works. Stress may have larger affects to our home life and especially to our health. Therefore it’s very necessary for us to avoid from stress to have a better quality life.
The first and simplest thing you can do to avoid from stress is to clean up your desk. You can throw away the outdated files, messages or memos out of your desk. Making a better plan on what you should do at work. It’ll help you to make all your works more organized. When you start compile the working plan it’s also necessary to prioritize all your works. The urgent issues must come first and strategic plans should be made and followed with immediate actions. Delegate some works to your co-workers or someone capable to perform it. In this case you certainly need a good coordination and communication with your superiors and peers.
It’s also important to take short breaks for a couple of minutes to keep you relax so you can always stay focus on your works. You must also have enough sleep at home to keep you refreshed.
